Refund policy
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an ebook or digital product has been downloaded or accessed. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept these terms.
We encourage you to thoroughly review the product descriptions, sample content (if provided), and any additional information about the ebook prior to completing your purchase. This ensures the product aligns with your needs and expectations.
ORDER CANCELLATION
Orders may be canceled for a full refund only if the request is made within 24 hours of purchase and the product has not yet been downloaded or accessed. Once the download or access link has been activated, cancellations are no longer possible.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS
In the unlikely event that you receive an incorrect product or experience technical issues that prevent you from accessing your purchase, please contact us within 10 business days of the order date. You will be required to provide proof, such as screenshots or error messages, to allow us to resolve the issue.
Resolutions may include:
- Providing the correct product.
- Offering a replacement download link.
- Issuing a refund on a case-by-case basis if the issue cannot be resolved.
Please note, we do not issue refunds for technical difficulties related to customer devices, software incompatibility, or internet access. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure their device and software meet the requirements stated in the product description.
LOST OR STOLEN DOWNLOAD LINKS
Once a product is marked as delivered (download link sent), we are not responsible for unauthorized access or loss due to user negligence. We recommend securely storing your download information.
REFUNDS
If a refund is approved under the conditions outlined above, it will be processed promptly. Refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take up to 7 business days to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution’s policies.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you have not received your refund after 7 business days:
- Check your bank account or credit card statement.
- Contact your financial institution to confirm if the refund is pending.

SALE ITEMS
If an item was purchased at a discounted or promotional price, any eligible refund will reflect the purchase price, not the full retail value. Products purchased during sales or promotions are not eligible for replacements.
